Friendly Graphic Update Challenge (part two)

The Challenge: Update Principal of Operations graphics to comply with new graphic standards. If possible, improve graphic quality. Maintain, or improve graphic legibility and effectiveness.

For the second part of the challenge, I didn't want to reinvent the wheel entirely.
The mixer/settler (bottom) image was already effective. I wanted it to match the style of the other two graphics from the first part of the challenge, and I was able to accomplish that.
The metal detector (top) however, is a different story.
I really felt the image deserved some more visual context.
